With more than 25 years servicing the vacuum cleaner and central vacuum systems industry Vacuumsonline.net is taking an engagement with each of his customers. All items are inspected and verified before each shipment. All items are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping

We carry most of the vacuum cleaner products in stock and ready to ship. All items will be shipped the next business day following the payment. All items that are not in stock will be shipped out when available. 

Most packages have online tracking numbers to follow your items from anywhere in the world.

Canada

All orders over 100.00$ before taxes and before any packaging fees will be shipped free across Canada. 

Delivery in 3 to 12 business days

United States of America

For continental United States residents all orders equal or over 100.00$ will be shipped for free. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Forces outside the country, shipping fees will apply for orders over 100.00$. 

Delivery in 5 to 12 business days

Payments

We accept all Paypal payment options (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, eChecks). You can use Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account and take advantage of the Paypal security. To use a American Express credit card, please make sure you select the Paypal option when filling the form to order. We are proud partners of PayPal to give our customers more payments option and more security.

We accept via our fully secured transaction portal hosted by Moneris Solutions all Visa and MasterCard and now Discover. All of our credit card transactions are fully secured and proceeded using Moneris eSelect Solutions.

Please note that for all US customers, your credit card company will do the CAD$ vs US$ conversion on your monthly bill automatically.

We also accept Wire Transfers, company checks and personal checks but Vacuumsonline.net must cash the money before sending out the order (3 to 5 business days) for security reasons.

Sales Taxes

All Canadian provinces without HST ---> GST (5%) only

Provinces with HST, HST applies (% vary depending of provinces)

Quebec resident ---> GST (5%) and TVQ (9.975%)

No taxes for United States residents and the rest of the world

Warranties

All of our central vacuum systems and vacuum cleaner items carry the standard factory guarantees and warranties. If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair your central vacuum or vacuum cleaner that is under warranty, you may send the product back to Vacuumsonline.net and we will repair it for you. We do not warranty user damage. The freight back to Vacuumsonline.net must be paid by the sender.

Any misuse, or inappropriate use of any items is subject to void the warranty offered by the manufacturer. Please read all user manuals carefully before usage.

Returns and Defective Products

 

  • You must obtain a return authorization number by contacting us within 30 days before sending any items back. Any return without a return authorization number will be refused.
  • After 30 days, items are not eligible for return nor refund
  • Note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned item.
  • All used items will be fairly inspected and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Vacuumsonline.net as the right to refuse any item that is not in good condition.
  • All items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, documents and accessories.
  • Please take note that any returned package must be insured to the customer's expense. We also have the right to refuse any package that is not insured.
  • After inspection and approbation only, Vacuumsonline.net will credit your account minus the applicable fees (initial transport fees* and restocking fees*).
  • Customer is responsible for providing complete shipping address
  • Aside from situations caused by an error on our part, returns are to be shipped back at customers' expense.
  • For all parts ordered, motors, electronic boards, and other parts, the customer has the full responsability to make sure these parts are compatible with his equipment. Contacting us by phone or email is the best way to ensure these parts are appropriate and compatible.
  • Motors, carbon brushes, circuit board cannot be refunded, or replaced, these sales are all final sales
  • We are not responsible for any misused parts, inappropriate installations or repairs when not performed by our technicians
  • We are not responsible for any damages to property or injuries related to the misuse of any parts or appliances that we sell on our website

*Initial shipping fees : The amount paid by vacuumsonline to ship the initial order will not be credited back, even if shipping was free for the customer. This rule applies for exchange and returns.

**Restocking fees : Restocking fees are not applicable for an exchange of merchandise

Return Procedure :

  1. Get a return number by calling us or sending an email detailing the problem and reasons for return
  2. Use original packaging and make sure items are secured

  4. Use the same carrier that we used to ship the package
  5. If eligible for refund, please keep your transaction receipt for administration purpose
  6. Send us the tracking number and let us know package is in transit
  7. Wait for us to receive the package
  8. We will then credit, refund, exchange or replace the items in question according to the terms discussed to solve the problem

Note that all packages must be covered by insurance, lost or damaged packages will not be eligible for refund. Please follow the procedure without exception to avoid any problems. 

 

Upon receipt of all returned items, Vacuumsonline.net technicians will test and evaluate every item to determine if the item is defective. If the item is found to be defective by Vacuumsonline.net, you will be sent a new item immediately.

Commercial Section

Any commercial vacuum cleaner and central vacuum items cannot be returned new or used. There will also be no refund.

Missing Item

First, Vacuumsonline.net is verifying every shipment. Please before a missing item request, proceed to a complete verification of the package and check each item. A missing item request must be done through our customer support before 7 days of package receipt. After 7 days it will not be possible to request any missing item. This excludes any back order item. Those items will be shipped when we receive them at our expense.
